How long will it take to get here?

[Having someone to talk to while he's waiting who can also answer his questions would be nice right now.]

Damn it, it's weird knowing I'm dead. [What does he even do with this news? He feels pretty alive, but doesn't that mean he can't go back home again if he's dead?]

He's from my world, I worked for him in Passione! He said he died too, after I did! [That's also bugging him, that Bruno's dead too.]

Just the way you heard it..! Right now I don't think it helps to think about how the news came...

...But there's an important thing to keep in mind okay? No matter what the case, you're here now, right?

[She's passed through a few doors- running through streets to reach the pokemon center, to reach the teleports there...there's breaks between her words as she goes.]

I guess... [It's a little hard to not think about being dead right now, Carly!]

It's just...what happens if I leave here? Do I just die again? [Only the important questions as he watches Carly rush to the center.]

We can't know for sure, [she says honestly, her voice soft.] ...But thinking about that doesn't help either. I mean...That's the same for Jolyne and me, right? But if we focused on that, we wouldn't be able to enjoy our lives and living here!

We can't know for sure- but we can at least be sure that we're here now.

[She enters the teleporter- it'll take a moment before she can answer again, but she'll be answering between jumps at least.]

[He's quiet, partially because he's waiting for Carly to exit the teleporter and partially because he doesn't really know how to immediately respond to that.]

...So I should just think about where I am now and not what happened. [That's exactly it, but it's tricky now.]

[She catches the thought before it's voiced.] I know, it's a lot like telling you not to think about cufants..! But it really is the answer! Right now though, that's not really possible, [Carly admits.]

You just got this news- it's not something you...arrived here with, like most of us who have to deal with it, so it's going to feel different. But that doesn't mean you have to handle it alone, okay?

Okay... [Narancia hesitates, thinking about how he feels about this, before deciding to just say it.]

...Is it weird that I don't know how to feel about Arceus now? [He still doesn't entirely like being taken from his own world, but at least he's not dead here?]

Mnnh...you're wondering why he brought a bunch of dead people to another world instead of leaving it be, right?

[It's a fair question to have. A fair thought. Carly sighs.]

...I don't know if he has too many reasons...I mean...does he even know all the details? Did we fill some kind of questionnaire that we forgot? ...We'll probably lose our minds trying to get to the bottom of it, though.

[In the meantime, his Dreepy floats over and nests in his hair, prompting Narancia to absently reach up to try to pat him.]

...Which center are you in now? [He has not been keeping track of how many teleports have happened so far.]

Just reached Pewter, [is Carly's distracted answer, as she pulls something out of her pocket and chews. Presumably an anti-nausea- as she moves for the next teleport.] This is the last one and then I'll be in the air okay?

Okay. [She's getting close, then. Narancia figures she probably won't be able to talk while flying, so he thinks of anything else he has to say before then.]

...Thanks for coming out here. [Yes, he has Bruno out here, but he just died too. As far as Narancia knows at least.]

Of course!! [she cheers seriously- and soon enough she's tossing a pokeball down and getting on a mount.]

But Narancia, if you need me to stay on the line, even just to talk about anything, I can do that okay? I'll be flying the whole time, don't worry!
